Getting started
- Connecting TikTokYou sign in to EverySqueeze with your email; TikTok Shop is a connected account, and connecting it imports your videos and commission history.

Connections
- Add another TikTok accountConnect a second TikTok Shop creator account into this same workspace, sharing one library and one set of settings.

- Connect PinterestConnect your Pinterest account, then set up boards before automatic posting can run.

Posting and the schedule
- When EverySqueeze asks before it postsWhat an automatic post does when we aren't sure of its product: wait for you, post without the link, or add our best match. You choose.
- Auto-post new TikToks, per platformEach platform has its own "Auto-post new TikToks" switch, so Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest can run independently.
- The automatic posting switchOne master switch pauses automatic posting on every platform without losing your per-platform settings.
- Making a post in ComposerComposer is where you write a caption, pick products and platforms, and post now or schedule one video at a time.
- Daily limits (posts per day)How many posts EverySqueeze sends to each platform per day: 1 to 10 recommended, up to 20 with a warning (YouTube 5), counting every post.
- Fill my weekProposes a week of posts from your unfinished coverage gaps, spread evenly across your posting hours, for you to approve in one pass.
- Spacing between postsPosts on the same platform are spread evenly across your posting hours, never closer than 45 minutes, or further apart with "Space posts at least".
- Older videos per day (backlog pacing)Posts a set number of your older TikToks to Facebook and Instagram each day, inside your Posts per day.
- Using another repurposing tool tooIf another tool also auto-posts your TikToks, turn off the auto-posting you don't want duplicated, because EverySqueeze can't see its posts right away.
- Photo posts and carousels (why aren't they cross-posting?)TikTok photo posts are slides of images with music. With carousel posting on they go out as carousels; otherwise they are skipped.
- Posting hours and time zoneSets the window of hours, in your saved time zone, that automatic and queued posts are allowed to go out in.
- Possible re-uploads (Reuse or Post again)Why a new TikTok can wait in Needs attention as a possible re-upload, what counts as one, and what Reuse and Post again do.
- The Schedule calendarThe Month and Day views show everything posted or queued, and you can drag a post to move it.

Captions, links and Auto DM
- Auto DMDMs your Amazon link to anyone who comments a trigger word on your Facebook or Instagram post. Older Facebook connections need one reconnect.
- Caption cleanup for automatic postsStrips TikTok-only hashtags and leftovers like Replying to @handle from captions EverySqueeze writes for you.
- The Comment LINK line in Facebook captionsA line Facebook captions can open with, telling viewers what to comment to get your Auto DM.
- Where the Amazon disclosure appearsEverySqueeze adds an affiliate disclosure on YouTube, Pinterest, Auto DM and Facebook posts with an Amazon link (#ad). You choose the Auto DM wording.

Amazon and the extension
- The Amazon marketplace queueComposer's "Queued" tab holds Amazon marketplace jobs you run yourself from the extension, one at a time.
- Your Amazon tracking IDsSet a default Amazon tracking ID, plus optional overrides per platform, in Settings → Amazon.
- List your social profiles with AmazonAmazon requires every social profile you post tagged affiliate links on to be listed in your Associates account.
- Changing your tracking ID: scheduled and live postsAfter you change your Amazon tracking ID, scheduled posts use the new one; live everysqueeze.com/r/ links switch too, live amazon.com links keep the old one.

- Confirm a product to get your Amazon linkWe add your Amazon link automatically when we're sure of the product (another colour or size of the same listing too). When we aren't, the app asks you.

- Which Amazon account do I need?Amazon Associates gives you the tracking ID EverySqueeze links need; the Influencer Program is only for posting videos onto Amazon itself.
Coverage and matching
- Review possible matchesThe quick yes/no queue for matches the machine can't decide on its own.
- Change the product on a postRe-pick the Amazon product for a video when the match is wrong.
- Confirm or reject a matchHow to answer a likely or possible cross-post cell in Coverage.
- Coverage is still checking your older postsWhat it means when Coverage says it's still catching up, and whether anything is lost.

Account and sign-in

Troubleshooting

- Failed postsA post that fails four tries moves to Needs attention, grouped by reason, with Retry and Dismiss (or all at once); it clears itself 7 days later.

- Chrome extension not connectedThe extension has no login of its own — it reads your everysqueeze.com sign-in from the same Chrome profile. Check the domain, the profile, and the install.
- Facebook Page access removed / posting pausedYour Facebook Page stopped receiving posts because it dropped out of the Meta grant — usually from a reconnect that only selected one workspace's Page.
- Instagram not postingWork through the professional-account, linked-Page, connection and switch checks in order to find why Instagram stopped posting.

Error messages
- Already posted errorEverySqueeze found this video already has a confirmed post on this platform, so it didn't post it again.
- Automatic posts waiting because auto-post is offAutomatic posts queued before you switched auto-post off wait for you to choose Post anyway or Cancel; nothing is dropped.
- Same caption on more than one videoThe same caption on different videos is allowed. A post an old check refused just needs Retry; nothing about the caption needs changing.
- No caption could be builtEverySqueeze couldn't build an automatic caption for this video — its TikTok caption was only TikTok tags and it has no title or matched product.
- Scheduled caption can't be changedThis scheduled post's copy can't be edited here: an automatic Pin writes its own, or the YouTube upload has already started.
- Placeholder caption blockedThe video still has the placeholder caption from a hand upload, so EverySqueeze won't post it.
- Review the caption before postingA post was about to go out with the video's file name as its caption or title, so EverySqueeze stopped it.
- Caption too longThe caption is longer than what this platform is sent for a scheduled post, so it was not saved.
- Coverage: Catching up on your postsCoverage's background matching briefly pauses sometimes — nothing is lost, and it resumes on its own.
- Extension not connectedThe EverySqueeze Chrome extension can't reach your signed-in session at everysqueeze.com.
- Facebook is connected, but no Page was sharedNo Page was shared, so nothing posts. Reconnect, click Edit settings (not Continue), choose "Opt in to current Pages only", select your Page and Instagram.
- Facebook posting is pausedThe Facebook Page you were posting to didn't come back when you reconnected, so nothing posts there until you choose a Page.
- TikTok history import paused or unavailableAn added TikTok account's history import can pause, show as unavailable, or fail to start — here's what each means.
- Instagram connect was canceledYou closed or canceled Instagram's connect flow before finishing, or it didn't complete — nothing was changed.
- Instagram account isn't professionalInstagram connect needs a Creator or Business account — a personal account can't be connected.
- Instagram Page missing after reconnectThe Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account wasn't in the last reconnect, so Instagram posting is affected.
- Instagram is unlinked from your Facebook PageYour Instagram account is no longer linked to the Facebook Page EverySqueeze posts through, so Instagram posts fail while Facebook keeps posting.
- Amazon lookups are busyThe Amazon product search is briefly at capacity. EverySqueeze keeps your search and fills the product in by itself; you can also press again.
- Daily matching limit reachedEverySqueeze's Amazon product search or matching has hit its daily limit and resets automatically — you can still paste a link yourself.
- No Amazon tracking ID savedWithout a saved Amazon tracking ID, EverySqueeze won't post an untagged Amazon link — so the link is left off instead.
- Pin skipped, no product matchAn automatic Pinterest pin was skipped because no Amazon product was confidently matched to the video yet.
- Daily Pinterest publish limit reachedEverySqueeze paused Pinterest posting for your workspace for the rest of the day after reaching its daily pin limit.
- Publication unconfirmed, resolve in CoverageEverySqueeze couldn't confirm whether a post actually went out, so it stopped rather than risk posting it twice.
- Reconnect Facebook warningPosts to Facebook (and Instagram, if it shares the connection) aren't landing right now, and reconnecting fixes it.
- Reconnect Pinterest warningPinterest stopped accepting your connection, so no pins are being made until you reconnect.
- Post failed after four triesA queued post failed four times, minutes to hours apart, and moved to your failed list instead of disappearing silently.
- TikTok sent you back to a different browserTikTok opened a different browser window. Sign in there and tap Finish connecting. You don't need to go back to TikTok.
- TikTok says “invalid authorization” after scanning the QR codeTikTok refused the QR code sign-in. Log in with your phone number or email instead of the QR code, or connect from your phone.
- Video preparation check pausedA hand-uploaded video's readiness check paused or hit an error before it could confirm the video is ready to post.
- Waiting for the owner's approvalA post an assistant queued needs the workspace owner to approve it before it posts.
- Why a queued post is waitingWhat each "waiting" reason in your Schedule means — spacing, daily capacity, queue order, a set time, your posting hours, or manual approval.
- YouTube daily upload allowance used upYour workspace, the EverySqueeze app or YouTube itself has reached today's YouTube upload limit; posts move to the next open slot after the reset.
- YouTube upload needs recoveryA YouTube upload stopped partway or its result could not be saved; trying again continues the same upload instead of making a second video.
