The Schedule calendar

The Month and Day views show everything posted or queued, and you can drag a post to move it.

The Schedule tab's Month view is the default calendar: past posts show quietly, queued and scheduled posts show live. Opening a single day switches to the Day view, an agenda for that day.

You can drag a post to move it: in Day view, drag a queued or scheduled post up or down a 15-minute timeline to change its time; in Month view, drag a post from Queued — no time yet onto a day to schedule it. The Month view's day cells show counts only, so open a day to move one of its posts. On touch devices, use the time picker on the card instead — dragging needs a mouse.

A move isn't assumed to land where you dropped it — EverySqueeze saves the change, then shows you where the post actually ended up, since your posting hours, gap and daily limits can shift it.

To see what is posting tomorrow, open the Schedule tab and click tomorrow's day in Month view for that day's agenda, or open the List view, where Coming up groups the queue under Today, Tomorrow and then each day. Pip can also tell you what is expected today, tomorrow and this week (ask what is posting tomorrow). Each calendar day shows the total and each platform's count.

Each future post on the calendar has Watch (preview the video) and Cancel.

In the List view's Coming up each video shows its thumbnail (click it to watch the video), the first line of its caption and its products: the TikTok Shop product the video promotes, then the Amazon link product your Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest links point to (or "No Amazon product matched"). Both are the same for every platform under that video. Click either one to open it in a new tab: the TikTok Shop product on TikTok, the Amazon product on Amazon, through your tracking ID when one is set. Under it, each platform the video is going to gets its own line with the platform's icon, when it posts (how long from now, plus the exact day and time in your posting time zone), why it is waiting, See what will post, Edit caption, Post now and Cancel. Several platforms queued back to back for the same video sit under one thumbnail.

See what will post shows the caption that post will carry. A post you scheduled yourself shows the caption you saved. An automatic post (a new video, or the back-catalog drip) saves no caption: EverySqueeze writes it from your TikTok caption when it posts, so this shows a preview built the same way — your TikTok caption with the TikTok-only tags removed (unless you chose to keep it exactly), your caption template, and on Facebook the Auto DM line and your tagged Amazon link when those are on. If the TikTok caption, your settings or the product change before it posts, the post follows the change. An automatic Pinterest post shows the title, description and link it will write from the product, or says it will be skipped when no product is picked.

If your workspace has more than one TikTok account, the account picker at the top narrows the Schedule too: the calendar, the List and the Composer's Coming up show only that account's posts (a post whose video can't be tied to an account stays in every view). Cancel all scheduled posts (in the ⋯ menu at the top of the List) is hidden while some posts are filtered out, because it clears every account's schedule; choose All handles to use it.

The Refresh button at the top right reads your data again, including the schedule and the Composer's videos when you are on those pages, and says Refreshed once it has. The time shown beside it is when your library was last scanned, not when you pressed Refresh. The schedule itself shows Schedule updated with how long ago it was read (for example 5m ago); there is no second refresh button on the schedule.

How many posts each day

Posted counts use the publication dates from your synced platform libraries, covering the past 90 days. A new post published through EverySqueeze can appear before the next library sync. Confirming an older post in Coverage does not turn it into a post published today: the confirmation records where it is, and the synced library supplies its publication date. A Coverage answer without a known publication date stays in Coverage rather than adding a guessed day to the calendar.

Each day in the Month view leads with its total in bold (11 scheduled, 9 posted, or for today what posted and what is scheduled), then one chip per platform with its count. For the next 7 days, a platform you are posting to that is below its posts per day shows its count against the limit, like 5/10, and a dashed 0/10 when it has nothing that day. A line under the calendar counts those open slots with a Fill my week button. On a phone the day shows the bold total and each platform's count; the limits are in the line under the calendar. The phone app's month shows each day's total under its date, and the day it opens says each platform's count against its limit (Facebook 5 of 10). Home's This week strip shows the same counts. Every day lists its platforms in the same order: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest. Days already past are shown muted, so the scheduled days ahead stand out. A day with posts that failed shows a small red N failed chip (just the number on a phone); point at it to see why. Point at a day, or tab to it, to see its posts with their times; a cell itself shows counts only. A List view is also available: a list of the same scheduled and past posts.

The List: Needs attention, Coming up and Posted

The List view has three parts:

• Needs attention at the top, only when something needs you: one row per reason with a count (possible re-uploads waiting for your answer, failed posts grouped by the same error, Pins waiting for a confident product, skipped photo posts, and the dismissed or cleared ones). See Possible re-uploads for the re-upload row. Tap a row to open it, with Retry all / Dismiss all for failures. See Failed posts.
• Coming up: the scheduled posts under day headings (Today, Tomorrow, then the weekday and date, in your posting time zone), with how many posts go out that day. Posts with no time yet come last, under No time yet. The first 20 videos show; Show more adds the next 20 without reloading.
• Posted: what the scheduler already sent, newest first, with the platform, how it went out, when, the view count once there is one, and View →. 20 show at a time, with Show more.

Edit a scheduled caption

A scheduled post that has not started publishing has Edit caption (on YouTube, Edit description) beside See what will post, in the Schedule calendar, the Composer's Scheduled list and the mobile app's Schedule tab. The box opens with the caption that would post: the saved one, or for an automatic post the caption built from your TikTok caption. Change the text, then Save caption. Saving makes it that post's own caption, so later changes to the TikTok caption no longer apply to it. When it posts, links you type are removed on Facebook and Instagram, and your caption template, the Auto DM line and your tagged Amazon link are still added as for every post. Each platform is its own scheduled post, so a video going to Facebook and Instagram has one caption to edit on each.

The box counts characters against what that platform is sent: 900 for Facebook and Instagram, 800 for Pinterest, 4,800 for a YouTube description (your YouTube link template is still added when it posts, and a very long description is shortened to fit). Saving is refused, with the reason shown under the box, when:

• the post has started publishing, or its YouTube upload has already started (too late to change it);
• the caption is empty, or is the placeholder "Check this out";
• it is over the limit (see Caption too long).

The same caption you used on another video is fine: it is saved and posts as written (see Same caption on more than one video).

An automatic Pinterest post writes its copy from the matched product when it posts, so it has no caption to edit. An assistant can edit a caption wherever they can move a post, except on a post the owner approved; while the owner is still approving the assistant's first posts, an edited post waits for approval again. A failed attempt shows in red on the day it failed, with its full reason, Retry and Dismiss, and when it clears on its own (7 days after it failed; the bell reminds you in its last day) — see Failed posts. A post EverySqueeze had to move from the time you set (outside your posting hours, a day already full, YouTube's daily limit) says where it moved and why, with OK to clear the note, and an automatic post waiting because auto-post is off offers Post anyway and Cancel.
