Facebook Page access removed / posting paused
Your Facebook Page stopped receiving posts because it dropped out of the Meta grant — usually from a reconnect that only selected one workspace's Page.
Facebook (and sometimes Instagram) posting stops with a message that posting is paused, and the Page you were posting to did not come back.
A common way to hit this: you connected Facebook from your second account or workspace, and now your other Page won't post. The fix is to reconnect and select every page you post to.
This almost always means a Facebook reconnect only granted access to some of your Pages. Meta's Page picker is per Meta login and per app, not per EverySqueeze workspace — if you run more than one EverySqueeze account or workspace against the same Facebook login, reconnecting from one of them and selecting only that workspace's Page removes the grant the OTHER workspace was posting through. When that happens, EverySqueeze does not silently switch to a different Page; it pauses posting for that connection rather than guess.
EverySqueeze warns you before and after
- Before Facebook opens: when your other EverySqueeze accounts post through the same Facebook login, a "Before Facebook opens" screen (or the Facebook guide) lists their Pages: "When Facebook asks which Pages to allow, select ALL of these". Choose Edit settings (not Continue) on Facebook's first screen, then select every Page in that list. Then choose "Continue to Facebook".
- Right after connecting: if the connect still left out a Page another of your accounts posts to, the return screen says "Heads up: your other EverySqueeze account posts to the Page" and names it. That account is marked as having lost access straight away, so its own screens say so too. Use the Reconnect and select button (it names the Page) to go back through Facebook and select it again.
Check these in order
- Open Settings → Accounts & platforms → Facebook. If posting is paused, the card names the Page that went missing and says nothing posts to Facebook (or Facebook and Instagram) until you reconnect and choose it, or pick a Page in Settings.
- If you run more than one EverySqueeze workspace on the same Facebook login, that is the likely cause. When you reconnect, Meta's Page picker only offers Pages you actively select — pick "Edit settings" (not Continue) on Meta's own account-confirmation screen, then select every Page you post to with EverySqueeze, including the ones your other workspaces use. Leaving a Page out removes it from the grant, even if you didn't mean to change anything.
- Reconnect Facebook from Settings → Accounts & platforms and choose the Page again in the picker. This restores posting immediately — nothing already posted is affected, and rows that queued while paused wait for your choice on how to handle them.
- If reconnecting doesn't bring the Page back, it may have been removed from EverySqueeze's access on Facebook's side. Check Facebook Settings, Business integrations, find Everysqueeze Social, and confirm the Page is still listed there. Adding a Page there does not update EverySqueeze by itself — reconnect afterward.
- If the card instead says the Page linked to your Instagram didn't come through, that's a related but separate case: the Page kept posting to Facebook, but the Instagram account you were posting to needs you to reconnect and pick the right Page, or link it directly in Facebook Settings, Business integrations.
Still stuck?
Nothing you've already posted is affected, and any post that was queued before the pause is kept and waits for your decision. If reconnecting and choosing the Page doesn't clear the pause, use Report a problem (in Pip's menu or the Help button).
