While your first import runs

A new account's sales and videos take a few hours to come in; the app says so instead of showing $0, and you can post right away.

When you first connect TikTok, EverySqueeze imports your videos and then your TikTok Shop orders, month by month. Importing your sales and videos usually takes a few hours. You can start posting now.

What you see meanwhile

If the import finishes but your sales couldn't be read

Sometimes TikTok doesn't give EverySqueeze permission to read your orders (the permission was switched off when you connected). Your videos still come in, but your sales can't. Instead of $0, "No sales" or "Nothing sold", the totals read — and say Sales couldn't be read — reconnect TikTok Shop (on Earnings, Home and the phone app's Earnings page the full sentence: "Your TikTok Shop sales couldn't be read. TikTok didn't give EverySqueeze permission to read your orders."). Nothing says "synced" over them, and the setup card says Videos imported rather than Import complete.

To fix it, reconnect TikTok Shop and leave every permission switched on. On your computer: Settings, TikTok sources, Reconnect TikTok. In the phone app: the cog at the top for Settings, Accounts and platforms, TikTok · video source, Reconnect TikTok. When the reconnect grants the permission, your sales history is read again from the start. Your videos stay as they are.

If TikTok only refuses partway through, the months already read are real, so their figures stay, but they are never shown as complete: the page says Some sales couldn't be read — reconnect TikTok Shop and nothing says "synced". A figure that is 0 or missing still reads —.

Less often TikTok skips a few months of orders. Your totals stay, the Earnings chart leaves those months out rather than showing $0, and Home and Library carry a line: Some months couldn't be read from TikTok, the months, and that the totals may be low.

Your latest TikToks on the phone

Until your first new TikTok arrives in Posts, the phone app lists your most recent TikToks with the products setup already matched. Links automatically means the Amazon link will be added when it posts; Unconfirmed match means you confirm the product first. These cards are for a look only: new TikToks you post from now on arrive in Posts ready to post.

If the import seems stuck, see TikTok videos not importing.
