Coverage grid symbols
What each check mark, circle and dash in the Coverage grid means.
In Coverage, each row is a video and each column is a platform or marketplace. The symbol in a cell tells you the state of that video on that destination.
The symbols
- ✓ (green, filled) — live there. The number shown is that post's views on that platform (the line above the platform columns says so too). Hover it to see who posted it: Posted by EverySqueeze, or Found on your Page (you posted this) for a post you made yourself that Coverage matched.
- ◷ (amber, filled) — queued or scheduled. The word next to it says which, and a scheduled post shows its time.
- ? (amber) — a possible cross-post the matcher found but isn't sure about (Maybe already on Facebook — check). It doesn't count as posted and doesn't stop a post. Click it to review.
- – (muted) — the product isn't sold on that marketplace, so it isn't counted as a gap.
- + (outlined) — an open gap. Click it to add.
What counts as a gap
A cell only counts as an open gap when the destination is one you've actually scanned and haven't blocked. A marketplace you've never scanned, or one you've told EverySqueeze you can't post to, still shows something in the grid but isn't counted toward your gap totals.
Reviewing a ? cell
A ? cell is not confirmed coverage — it's a lead. Click it to open the comparison and confirm or reject it.
Under the grid
One line repeats what the symbols mean. The … button at the end of it holds the account tools: Check for deleted posts, Instagram insights and Full posting history refresh. Posts without a TikTok match shows only when a platform has posts that are not matched to a TikTok yet.
This video, everywhere
Click a video's thumbnail (or the open-in-new icon by its title) for every place it lives. Each platform's line uses the grid's own numbers: its views, an Open link to the post, and the same count of destinations live as the row under the title (for example 2 of 4 destinations live).
