The main screens
What Home, Composer, Schedule, Library, Earnings, Coverage, Settings, Help and the phone app's tabs are each for.
The dashboard's left sidebar has one item per job:
- Home — what needs you today, and the week: the This week strip with each day's posts and, under it, your queue in three numbers that add up to the total: scheduled (has a posting time, with how many fall in the next 7 days), waiting for a slot (queued, no time yet) and held (needs you before it can post). Each opens the Schedule. An EverySqueeze extension card appears here once the extension's daily run has run, with how many Amazon campaigns it accepted.
- Composer — make a post: write it, pick products, choose platforms. A number on the Composer item counts the videos queued for you to review in its Queue tab (from a Coverage gap click).
- Schedule — when posts go out: the calendar and Fill my week.
- Library — every video and how it performed. Its My Brain tab (after Posts, Products and Film next, also reached from a product's card) is your scripting brain: the openers and closes that earned the most, and a script writer that uses your own voice. Library stays lit in the sidebar while it is open.
- Earnings — the money you've earned.
- Coverage — the grid showing where each video is already posted. It has two tabs: Grid, and YouTube without a link, the YouTube videos whose description has no Amazon link yet.
- Settings & connections (just Settings in the new layout) — accounts, platforms, posting schedule, Amazon, account and device.
- Help — the help center.
- Notifications — in the new Settings layout, the bell at the top opens a small card with View all, which opens a Notifications page with the same notices, filtered by All, Unread, Posts, Connections or Messages. In the older layout the bell shows its list only.
- Mobile app — a link to the phone version, shown where the mobile app is available for your account.
- VA mode — only shown where a virtual assistant has been invited to this workspace; lets you manage what they can do.
Pip, the in-app helper, is the round button in the bottom-right corner of every screen, where the helper is turned on for your account.
On your phone
The mobile app has three tabs along the bottom: Posts (your videos, ready to review and post), Schedule (what is queued and when) and Earnings. A fourth, Pip, appears next to them where the helper is turned on for your account. Settings is the cog at the top right, not a tab. The tabs work as soon as the app opens: you can switch to Schedule, Earnings or Pip while your Posts are still loading. There is no Coverage, Library or Composer screen on the phone, and no Post everywhere button; those stay on the desktop dashboard. On the phone you post a new TikTok from its card in Posts, one button per platform; to cross-post any other video by hand, use Composer on the desktop dashboard. Opening the dashboard's address on a phone takes you to the mobile app; to use the desktop dashboard on that phone anyway, tap Open desktop version at the bottom of the app's Settings (the phone remembers it; the dashboard's Mobile app item switches back). A short way to remember the posting flow: Composer is where a post is made, Schedule is when it goes out, and Coverage is where it landed.
The first time you open each main screen, a short tour points out what matters there; Take the tour replays them, or ask Pip to show you around.
